HOW TO APPLY ON-LINE
| In the past we have strongly suggested to prospective clients that we
would prefer to not accept payment via a credit card of any kind. There are specific
reasons for having this point of view. The most important one is your privacy.
You are aware of the paper trail record that a credit card payments leaves.
We have always though that since the client was going to be using a remailing
service...this was the time to begin the process of attempting to change or alter or
adjust the new clients thinking on credit cards, the paper trails, privacy and so on.
So the first lesson was ...are you sure you want to have a paper trail from you
credit card directly to a remailer......our answer to the question is NO......but as time
has gone on there is increasing pressure for us to accept payment this way. OK, we
will reluctantly give in but only partially. We are not accepting credit card payments for account renewals....please mail in a check or better yet a money order or cashiers check or American Express travelers checks or equivalent and finally register mail cash..... Some new customers would like to get going right away and we understand that so here is what we will do. We have set up the following program to get you off to a fast start. For $100.00 payable by credit card we will provide you with 6 months which is $85.00 and the remaining $15.00 will be put into your account balance to be used as postage and the $10.00 you paid to get into the site will also be applied to your postage balance making it now $25.00 in the postage account. When we have received acknowledgement by e-mail from the Credit Card processing company, that $100.00 has been received from you we will e-mail you your account number and you can get started right away. How to use the account number is described in detail in the section called "YOUR NEW ADDRESS". If you wish to review that section again..now the red title is linked so you can go there now. We do require some basic information before giving out a new account number. Please fill in the form below and hit the send button to get this in motion. While you are at the site please please print out a copy of our full ON-LINE application form which has details of all of our service, fill it in and mail it to us for our records. This paperwork to be mailed does not stop you from using your new account in anyway, it is just paperwork that will follow and work itself out over time. Your objective may have been to get your account started right away which is why you opted for this initial on-line credit card payment. You intention is really as a longer term client and on the paperwork you now have an opportunity to become a longer term client and save more money......If you were going to sign up for example one year which is $150.00. At the same time you are sending the full application paperwork you can select the term of service you really wish like the one year mentioned above. Here is how we will handle the payment. You paid by credit card $100.00 and we have credited your $10 for a total of $110.00. The one year account requires $150.00 and a minimum of $30.00 for the postage account for a total due of $180.00. Therefore, $180.00 less your $110.00 leaves a balance due, to be sent with the application of $70.00. You would now be all set up for the year with the postage account ready, you would already have your account number and you have probably already used your new address here.....we are both all set.
