CHANGING YOUR ADDRESS

Depending upon your reasons for requiring a REMAILING SERVICE, you may or may not wish to advise the POST OFFICE of your new address here. If you do, please drop into your local Post Office and obtain some CHANGE OF ADDRESS cards for that purpose. When you have the cards completed, you have two choices. Return the cards to the Post Office for mailing or mail them to us in one envelope and we will mail them out from here for you. You could also send one to the Post Office to let them know that your mail should be sent to your new address here. We will affix the correct postage to the cards. DO NOT put postage on any letters or cards that you wish sent out from here. All Mail Posted in Canada Must Have Canadian Postage on it. For your information, your Post Office will only forward FIRST CLASS mail to you at your new address here, so be sure to cancel magazine subscriptions or advise the various magazines of your change of address as it does cost a lot for postage when you have them arrive here and then have us remail them back to you at the FIRST CLASS rate.

PASSWORD - If you wish to make address or any other account changes via phone or any other means, we recommend that you arrange to provide us with a "PASSWORD" to be used like a PIN number. By arranging a password in advance we can ask you for it when you call or e-mail etc. and thereby know that it is you making a change, asking something re your account, or some other adjustment to your account. YOU choose the password, but be sure to indicate the password in the appropriate place on the application form or renewal form under "Special Instructions." You can also fax or e-mail us your password. Do make a personal note of the word or numbers you choose for your password because we cannot give out any information about your account over the phone, fax or by e-mail once you have established the password requirement.
