Many clients often give a quick call 613-473-4838, fax 613-473-4332 or E-Mail advising that they are expecting a fax or e-mail from......that is a smart move as we will watch for it and see that it is taken care of in a speedy fashion.

FAX TO FAX

Faxes that arrive here for you can be re-faxed to the phone number we may already have on file with your account or to another number you provide.  We can also accept a fax from you.....where we would cut off that line of type at the top that is on  a lot of faxes.  We can then send out the fax to a number you provide.  Many clients have done this when they have needed to speed up some communications, maybe to their offshore bank, and a fax will do, but they do not want to fax from their actual location, so they fax to us, we cut the top off as mentioned above and fax it out at the fee mentioned above.  There are so many services we provide that it is smart to be sure to keep ad adequate balance in your account.....just in case you need a fax sent in a rush a courier sent out or who knows what.

E-MAIL TO FAX

In the last few years we have noticed an increase in the number of people that have been asking us to accept e-mails for them.....no problem we just ask that the person sending you an e-mail to put your account number here in the e-mail somewhere....the Re line is a good spot.  When an e-mail arrives for you we can fax it to you at the $1.00 per page fax rate
