The world seems to be getting smaller all the time and information, the paper work, the cheque, etcetera are having to be rushed. Our client needs are constantly changing and we are continuously attempting to keep ahead.  Many clients are using United Parcel Service, Federal Express, Purolator, DHL and many other courier services to speed things to us and for us to speed things out on their behalf . More and more clients are using couriers to send in the application form to open their new account. I am always concerned about your privacy and to that end suggest that anything sent to us via courier be sent to:

Be sure to include our phone number on the waybill - 613-473-4838.   Most of the courier services know us and they do not mis-direct items sent to us. By having any couriered items sent to us in Eldorado is another privacy break as the items arriving there appear as normal business deliveries. UPS delivers and picks up from us, daily, and has for many years.  UPS would be our first and best choice. Federal Express is second choice.

If you are in the USA you can also use the United States Postal Services one or two day service....it is a bit cheaper than courier and seems reliable and quite fast.

If you wish your mail, parcels or other items shipped out by courier, indicate this in your correspondence with us. We charge the current rate according to the couriers rate book and is calculated on the package weight, destination, type of service (Express, Early A.M., Express Saturday Delivery or Standard) plus $5.00.  When using a courier be sure to give us a street address and the destination phone number. Couriers do not deliver to P.O. Box numbers. Most postal services in most countries, including Canada Post and Unitesd States Postal Service will deliver to a P.O. Box address.  Be sure to keep your tracking number for all packages, courier shipments etc. Many clients will phone, fax or e-mail us advising that a package is on its way; the courier they sent it by, the date, and the tracking number. This way we are alerted to something coming ....and if it does not arrive you can start to trace it immediately.
