INDIVIDUAL LETTER SERVICES

It is possible that you do not require our REMAILING SERVICES on a full time, short or long term basis. All you require is a few letters sent out from a distant location such as ours on a one-time basis without setting up an account. We will mail any number of letters or post cards from our area for $2.50 each. Better price per piece based on 100 or more pieces at one time. Call for quote. We pay the postage. For destinations outside North America the cost is $3.00 each. We pay the postage. Payment must accompany the letters or cards for remailing and should be in cash or postal money order; Cashiers Check, US funds only. Be sure to give us any special instructions such as, "Mail as soon as possible" or "Mail in ten days" or "Mail on February 10".

Do let us hear from you with any special instruction(s) or we will mail them the same day they arrive. The above individual letters CANNOT CARRY OUR RETURN ADDRESS because you do not have an account and have not been assigned an account number. If you put the return address on the letter and your correspondents write you here, your letters will NOT be forwarded to you until you have established an account with us. If you're going to use our address as your address you must have an account with us. There are NO exceptions

If you have established an account with us you DO NOT pay individual letter service fees as described in this section.

We will deduct the amount for postage on your outgoing mail from your postage account. To summarize, YES, we will be happy to send out your individual letters and post cards.
