You can use our phone number and we will advise any caller that you are out at the moment but we will be glad to take a message. The service charge is $1.00 per message to have messages mailed to you with your next mailing. This service is available for clients with current paid up accounts ONLY. The phone number to use is our main number 613-473-4838 and we are on New York time. If you have a special need in this area, feel free to call the number above and we will be glad to discuss any special situations. To have messages relayed to you via phone the fee is $3.00 per call. Be sure to tell us in advance if your phone message(s) are to be mailed or phoned to you under "Special Instructions" on the application or renewal form. |
