Postal Money Orders can be bought on your behalf but the maximum amount is $200.00 U.S. per money order. We can buy them in Canadian or US dollars. Postal Money Orders are $15.00 each plus postage to send them out in addition to the money order amount. A better bet is an International Bank Draft in any amount or currency. Personally, I like the Bank Draft over the Postal Money Order because it is an instrument recognized world wide and available in any amount and/ or currency. International Bank Drafts are $15.00 each plus draft sum. Up to $2,000 U.S. We will advise for larger amounts. Obtaining a Postal Money Order or International Bank Draft is a time consuming exercise and therefore more costly for us to provide.

For a number of  years now we have had a US funds account for making payments to various individuals or firms on behalf of our clients. Large deposits or withdrawals in cash are very noticeable. Bank drafts and company cheques are normal instruments. Using our cheque service will save you money in service fees, as mentioned above, and provide an extra degree of security for you as we are the only ones who will know that it was actually you making a payment to who ever.

There will be nothing registered about the transaction with the cheque as there is with the Postal Money Order or International Bank Draft. We are not trying to create a problem for you, but are helping to maintain your PRIVACY through this innovative payment method. In the letter to the people to whom you are sending funds, simply mention that we are your financial advisors and as such are handling all payments for you. From various letters received from clients that have used this service there have been no problems and everyone we have sent a cheque to has cashed it and applied the funds to the clients accounts etc. The cheque in any amount solves all of the above problems and ONLY you and 1, plus the recipient of the cheque have a permanent record of the transaction.
