From time to time we are asked to recommend or suggest an Offshore Bank.  For whatever reasons people get the idea that at this time in their life they need an Offshore Account but the subject is new to the them.  They have no idea where to start, so to help we have listed some of the better ones that we are aware of.  There is no guarantee from us ......we just provide the information like the bank's name, address, phone etc.  Check them out.
