A CLOSING MESSAGE

We get a lot of calls, faxes, e-mails from customers updating their accounts with new names or and address changes....e-mail address addition, new person or company to delete or add to an account or all sorts of miscellaneous things......Like ....is there enough postage money in my account and when is the expiry date......some just want make sure that their account is Ok or add a name or change to a new forwarding address. How are we to know the person contacting us is really you......who knows for sure. To provide some basic screening the password works well.....you do not want us giving information out or making changes to your accout or even acknowledging you have an account......to anyone so we will ask for your password.
