It will never be necessary for you to affix postage to any letter that you want mailed out by us on your behalf, from Canada.  All mail sent from a Canadian address must have Canadian postage on it.  For this reason, we will maintain your postage account and arrange for the proper postage to be on all letters. This applies to Canadian accounts as well.  Please follow the instructions below.   Write the correct address on your letter(s), place your letter(s) in a larger outer envelope and be sure to put your remailing address in the upper left hand corner if you wish a reply.

When your letter(s) arrive, they will be weighed, the proper postage affixed and mailed out the same day.  The postage will be deducted from your account.   Everyone having an account will be required to have an initial postage fund balance of $25.00.  We use it to purchase stamps for your outgoing mail or for mail we may be sending to you at your real address. We will always use Canadian postage on your mail which is a sure sign that you MUST have been here to purchase the postage for your letter(s).  In an effort to speed up the mail, all mail will have sufficient postage on it for AIR MAIL/FIRST CLASS service.  Our POSTMASTER makes sure that we affix sufficient postage. Proper postage and the Zip or Postal Code makes for faster mail service, so use Zip or Postal Codes.

You will be advised when your postage fund balance is low.
