Any client with an assigned account number may carry our address as the return address on their outgoing mail. As letters are received here for you they are placed, unopened, into another enveloped and mailed to you the same day, via FIRST CLASS/AIR MAIL.

At some time you may wish to have mail sent out from Eldorado, Ontario. Please follow the simple instructions in the section titled, "Stamps and Postage Fund". There is no limit to the number of letters that you may receive or mail from here.

One area of great concern for the new user of a REMAILING SERVICE is whether or not the address they use will look authentic.   Below is address "A", the address that you will be using as your own.  Listed later are some variations that are acceptable as well.

                                ADDRESS "A"
       Line 1        Your Name/Code Name/Firm Name
       Line 2        P.O. Box 460, Apt./Dept./Suite/Etc. (4 digit code number)*
       Line 3        Madoc, Ontario
       Line 4        Canada KOK 2KO

The above address is the ONLY acceptable address that you can use.  Let's examine the address in detail....... Line one is the line for the name which may be your own, a Code name or a firm's name, all of which may or may not be real.    The first line could also contain the code number just as easily as the second line.      Line two (P.O. Box 460) ensures that all mail will arrive at the correct mail box.    The four digit number* at the end of line two has a number of purposes.  First, it is your PERSONAL ACCOUNT NUMBER and also your security number. Using your choice of  'Apartment' (Apt.), 'Department' (Dept.) or other such form for your account number is recommended.

When you do not wish anyone to know that you are receiving mail here, use a code name with the security number in the address and we will know that the mail is for you by the code number.  If the code number is not on the letter it will be very difficult to determine to whom it belongs.  To help solve the possibility of no number on a letter addressed here be sure to keep me informed, by phone, a note or e-mail as to all names you may be using.

We are often asked if there are any other ways the address could be written to still contain a Code Number and remain valid.  The answer is YES!   Lets get something clear first, before the explanation.  We prefer to have everyone use the address mentioned previously as their first choice. Below are some acceptable variations that will also work.

ADDRESS B: (Line 1 like this)
       W. Budd or Budd Manufacturing (Code number here)*

ADDRESS C: (Line 1 like this)
Your Name/Code Name/Firm Name (Code number Here)

ADDRESS D: (Line 2 like this)
       Your Name/Code Name/ Firm Name
P.O. Box 460, Suite (code number here)*
Plus the rest of the address

This four digit code number is assigned to you only by us when
we receive your application.  DO NOT use your own numbers
or any numbers used in this guide for example purposes. We
notify you of your PERSONAL CODE NUMBER.   Write the number
in the address as illustrated above.  Lines 3 & 4 are self-explanatory.

As you can see, as long as the Code Number is there, all will work smoothly. I prefer that you use Address "A" & "D" first, or Address "B" next as it has my name in it and it will be recognized by the Post Office and will not be misdirected.   Variations may include the code number after P.O. Box 460 as Apt., Dept., Suite or Lot number. If someone should inquire why your address has my name on it, you could just say that I am a friend or when using the Budd Manufacturing, that you work for this company and the code number is your box number at work.
