Our experience has shown that most need our service on an
on-going basis. To that end, when reviewing the price structure, note how the prices are
in favour of the long term client. This will be discussed in more detail later.
Be sure to do the following positive things.
| 1. |
Keep your account paid to ensure uninterrupted service. |
| 2. |
Be sure to provide us with your correct address and do write us at our
correct address. Take time to be accurate and clear as haste does make waste. |
| 3. |
Be sure your correct account number and address is given to people who may
write you so they will put the address and your account number on all incoming mail for
you. |
| 4. |
Use your ZIP CODE or POSTAL CODE. |
| 5. |
Be sure to affix enough postage whenever mailing more than the usual one
ounce letter. |
| 6. |
If you ask us to hold your mail we will. You must contact us by letter or
phone to verify that we should continue to do so at least once each 6 months. |
| 7. |
If you no longer require your remailing service here you must notify us in
writing within three months of your renewal date in order to receive any postage refund,
if applicable. |
| 8. |
If you are closing your account before your renewal date is due we must be
notified in writing and any amount paid beyond three months into the future will be
refunded.
NOTE: When writing to us personally
e.g. renewal of accounts, changes to accounts, postage update, etcetera, DO NOT include your account number in the address
to us, otherwise we will return your letter to you unopened believing it is for you.

In 1979 we were the first service to incorporate some rather sophisticated programs to
handle our accounts. The last major reason and now most important is to protect
confidential client information as it should be protected. Our systems, procedures,
methodologies, programs, our attention to detail and various mail handling techniques, are
your assurance that your privacy is PROTECTED. |
